About Us

It all began 2 days after I got married in France, where I strolled into a zero-waste shop in Grenoble. Walking in, I was blown away by my unique discovery: a fully package-free bulk store that people brought their own bottles and containers to buy items by weight, and in doing so, reduces the amount of waste generated from packaging.

Sadly, I could not find what I saw after coming back home. After speaking to the owners and researching more, I loved the idea so much that I left 9 years of corporate life and even invested my honeymoon fund into starting one of Singapore's first every zero-waste online store.

In September 2017, Trove of Gaia was born and has been successfully providing a wide variety of sustainable daily essentials to customers seeking to make a zero-waste transition in their lifestyles; while empowering us to be able to give back to social charities close to our heart.

Rooted in the zero-waste philosophy, our curation aims for little to zero post-consumer wastage by ensuring that products have biodegradable or recyclable packaging where possible, and are sourced mostly within Southeast Asia to cut down on carbon footprint. 

My name is June, and I am the founder of Trove of Gaia. I chose the name Trove of Gaia, because I want you to rediscover Nature and its treasure trove of offerings, just as I did.
