SUPPORTING FAIR TRADE & RESPECTING NATURE
Our bamboo straws, cotton produce bags and some other products are hand-crafted by 17 year old entrepreneur Agnus and his team from Bali.
The bamboo is grown organically without the use of fungicides or pesticides, and we are only allowed to order a max of 1,000 a month as the Balinese believe in respecting nature and allowing the land to rest & rejuvenate. In supporting them, we also create jobs for local Ubud villagers and pay a proper living wage to improve their standard of living.

Walking the talk is so important to our business practice. Zero waste means taking a long look at what you already have and challenging yourself on how you can keep it out of landfill. We are committed to keeping our output as low as possible without tapping on new resources.
PS: Have some packing materials lying around? Feel free to give it to us to repurpose (but please drop us a note beforehand so we can make storage!):
- Old magazines & upcycled bubble-wrap to cushion orders
- Donated kraft paper as our printed namecards & paper bands for our products
- Left over sticky labels to seal
- Recycled cardboard boxes, carrier bags, envelopes to pack orders
