By using patronising Trove of Gaia.com, you are deemed agreeable to all of the Terms & Conditions stated below:
All products sold are non-refundable, except in the event that the product container has been found to be damaged. However, we take meticulous care in checking all items before securing packaging for postage.
Upon placing an order, the customer has taken responsibility to verify and ensure all personal and delivery address details are accurate & error free at the point of time.
Loss of Parcel: Trove of Gaia reserves the right to be indemnified against any lost of parcel that has been opted under Normal Postage (without tracking ID) and will not provide any refunds under such occasions.
-Returns will only be entertained should there be noticeable defects found, and must be notified to Trove of Gaia within 7 days of purchase. Any ufnforseeable delays in delivery will not be considered for refunds as this is a liability on 3rd party provider, but we will provide due diligence in following up on the matter until order reaches the client.
- No returns will be entertained for misinformation, kindly refer to provided product descriptions carefully or feel free to contact us for any inquiries before purchase. We do not process of refunds if items have been used or fall short of expectations; customers are welcome to write in to us for clarifications before purchase.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Trove of Gaia reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
